You know how it is. Even though you just washed your clothes
they still smell. And smell weird. Putting in more detergent doesn't help
either. The real crux of the matter is something else: mold and mildew
accumulated in the washing machine are the cause. But at least now you know!
Yet most people have no clue how to solve this problem. But it's actually very
simple and you'll soon have a washing machien that will be like new again. All
that in just a few flicks of the wrist.
We
need:
• Some Clorox
• 16 oz. (0.5
liters) of vinegar.
• Rubber
gloves
• A rag
• A cloth
• An old
toothbrush
First mix the clorox with some warm water - it should be in
a 50/50 ratio. Then slap on those rubber gloves and give the inside of the
washing chamber a thorough cleaning with the power of the diluted Clorox. Make
sure you get behind the rubber sealing! This spot is the real culprit when your
washing machine stinks.
Let the towel soak in the compound for 30 minutes.
Finish off the stubborn spots with the old toothbrush. Rub
everything dry.
Then
run the machine once at the highest temperature.
But that's not all. To remove calk residue you should make
another second empty load on the highest temperature possible - this time with
vinegar. It's important that it's the second load and not the first that you
add vinegar into the chamber. Clorox and vinegar are a poisionous combination!
Pour the vinegar into the detergent dispenser for the main cycle and just run
it through again on the highest temperature possible. And that's all folks!
This is how, in just the flick of the wrist, you can turn
your stinky washing machine into a sparkling-new one. And the best is: the
stench is gone!
When you know how it's done it's pretty simple actually.
Share this idea. No one needs stinky laundry!
