Preparation:
Wash the lemons well and cut them into pieces
Peel the garlic cloves and put them in a blender with the
ginger and the lemon pieces
Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture
Pour the mixture into a metal bowl and add the two liters of
water
Put the mixture on heat until it starts boiling
Before the mixture achieves its boiling point, remove it
from heat
Leave the mixture aside and wait for it to cool off
Take a medium-thick sieve and strain the mixture
In the end, put the liquid in a glass bottle

can use the product you got in the following way:

stomach, two hours before meal
